Evangelia Fragkou is a post-doctoral researcher with University of Thessaly (UTH)
from October 2025.
She received her diploma (Integrated Master's Degree)
from the Department
of Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of Thessaly
in 2019 and her Ph.D in 2025,
under the supervision of Assoc.Prof. Mr. Dimitrios Katsaros
at the same Department. She has also earned
a two-years grant from the Hellenic Foundation for Research and Innovation (HFRI)
under the 3rd Call for HFRI Ph.D Fellowships to carry out her Ph.D studies.
She served as a teaching assistant in courses at University of Thessaly & International Hellenic University,
she is a certified Adult Educator of Non-Formal Education
and she is a member of the Technical
Chamber of Greece (TEE - TCG). Her main research interests
lie in the area of tiny machine/deep learning and distributed systems.
